The Well is a school year Bible study and is a unique place where women of all ages and cultures come together to “drink deeply” from the word of God. As we study Scripture together, we grow in our relationship with Christ and create authentic bonds with one another in which we are valued, equipped, and encouraged to live a life worthy of God’s calling. Each weekly session involves a time of worship, large group study, small group discussion, prayer, and fellowship.
The 2017-2018 study of The Gospel of John, written by Villager Kathy Crawford and her daughter in law Trisha, begins on September 26.
Who was Jesus? What was He really like? During His 33 years on earth, people were not sure what to make of Him. Some thought Him a prophet; others thought Him a madman. Those who knew Him intimately were profoundly transformed. The Apostle John is writing “so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.” In our study of the Gospel of John, we will investigate the life and teachings of Jesus, so that “by believing you may have life in His name.” As we come together, may God open our own hearts to deepen our relationship with Him, and transform us also by His Word.
Cost for the year is $40 and includes all materials.
On-line registration is now closed, but there is still room for more women to attend. Feel free to contact one of the leaders listed below, and plan on registering when you arrive on Tuesday.
